LEADERSHIP
Band leadership positions include Field Drum Major; Street Drum Major; trumpet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, clarinet, and French horn Section Leaders.
Our tutors have reached the Eagle Scout level, received the Girl Scout Gold Award, and become Boys State and Girls State candidates.
Our tutors have served as Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning Lancer Legend Newspaper and Yearbook, and Junior Class President.
We founded the following TOHS clubs: Students for Solar Schools, Science Club, Junior Statesmen of America, Style-Alliance Fashion Club.
ATHLETIC
Our tutors have served as Thousand Oaks High School team captain for the following teams: Girl's Golf, Volleyball, Color Guard, Cross Country, Dance, Boy's Baseball, and Swim.
We have won numerous titles including Scholastic All American, Scholar-Athlete, League Champion in Swimming and Girl's Tennis, TOHS record holder in the 200 Medley and 400 Free Relay.
ACADEMIC
We've graduated over 30 valedictorians since 2010.
Our tutors have been National Merit Scholar Recipients, National AP Scholars, California Young Scholar, National Honor Society members, Reagan Presidential Foundation Scholar, Ventura County Star Scholar, Elks Lodge Most Valuable Student, Stanford Global Innovation Semi-Finalist, Congressional Art Candidates, and part of the John Hopkin's Talent Search.
Received numerous prizes at the Ventura County Science Fair, California State Science fair, and recognition at the Google Science Fair.
