How it Works:
If you have completed a tutoring session with our services and enjoyed it, feel free to tell your friends! When they request a tutor on our Contact page, there's a field that reads "How did you hear about us? / Who referred you?".
If they complete this field by writing the name of the person that referred them, we will contact you (and your referral) at a later date that will provide you a coupon code that will discount you $10 on your next purchase of a $35, One Hour Tutoring Session!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The referral program coupons can only be applied to your next purchase of a $35, One Hour Tutoring Session or $10 off a tutoring package. Referral coupons must be used within the current school year. Referral coupons are non-transferable and cannot be bundled together over a period of time to accumulate a value greater than $10 in a single purchase, however unlimited referrals / coupons may be earned and used on different transactions. Coupon cannot be applied to monthly subscription packages, please contact management for more information about how to redeem. Participants in the referral program must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. Any distribution of your referral coupon code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate deactivation of your coupon code from T.O Student Tutoring's referral program. T.O Student Tutoring reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any client from participating in any aspect of the referral program if T.O Student Tutoring deems or suspects that such client has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of the referral program's Terms and Conditions; b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the referral program or T.O Student Tutoring Website; c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of T.O Student Tutoring to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the referral program. T.O Student Tutoring shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of this referral program's Terms and Conditions or intent of the referral program's Terms and Conditions. T.O Student Tutoring reserves the right to cancel or suspend the referral program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way. Any referral must be a new customer with no prior purchaces of T.O Student Tutoring services.
