Our tutors are High School Sophomores through Seniors that consistently rank at the top of their class, hold a deep love for learning, work well with others, and participate in a wide variety of extracurricular activities. Past tutors have gone on to attend Princeton, Yale, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania and more.

Hi! My name is Erin Kaufman and I am the current Tutor Manager. I am a senior at Thousand Oaks High School and this year I am taking Spanish 5, AP Literature, AP Biology, AP Psychology, AP Government and Microeconomics and Chamber Orchestra Honors. Some of my previous and favorite classes include AP English Language, Chemistry Honors, Biology Honors, AP Physics C and AP Calculus. I am a TOHS GATE mentor, I play for the TO Girls Varsity Tennis team, I have been involved in music for 13 years, and I belong to several other clubs at TOHS. I play the piano, violin, guitar, ukulele, and I love to read! My schedule is fairly flexible this year and I am excited to start working with you!

Hi! Nice to meet you. My name is Emma He, a current Senior at TOHS, and I am this year’s client Manager. In total, I have taken 7 AP Classes (AP Seminar, AP European History, AP Research, AP English Language, AP Biology, AP US History, AP Chinese) and am currently enrolled in AP English Literature and AP Government/Macroeconomics. Additionally, I serve as the 2021-2022 ASB Secretary, SDAC Reopen and Redesign Committee Head, and as the president of a couple clubs at TOHS. I do consider myself pretty down to earth and friendly, so I am for sure excited to put this to the test through tutoring. Thanks so much!

Hey! My name is Zainab Neemuchwala and I am a current senior at Thousand Oaks High School. This year I am taking AP Research, Math Analysis H, Spanish 3, Physiology H, AP English Language and Composition, AP Biology, and dual enrollment Statistics. I’ve taken Chemistry H, Physics H, and honors English as well. I love going to the beach, watching movies, reading, and spending time with friends. Outside of school, I’m on the Student District Advisory Council, Youth Council, Medical Explorers Post, and intern at Westminster Free Clinic. I also went to the California State Science and Engineering fair this year as well as doing a research internship in systems biology. I am available most days after school and on the weekends. Hi there! My name’s Aleksey! I’m presently a Senior at Thousand Oaks High School, and I love school and academics! Some of my present classes include AP Physics, AP English Language, AP Art History, and AP Government and Politics. I feel the most comfortable tutoring in any math below Calculus, but I’m also great at tutoring Biology and/or Chemistry, English, Japanese I, II, or III, or any subject in the K-8 Curriculum. In my free time, I love to cook unprofessionally, hang out online with friends, and, occasionally, surf, bike, and snowboard. My schedule is super open, and I can always make time for students, whether it be weekday or weekend. I would love to have a session with any student, and I’m sure they would love to work with me as well!

Hi! My name is Frida Moreno, and I am a senior at Thousand Oaks High School. A few of the classes I’m in this year include AP Calculus, AP Computer Science, and Chamber Orchestra. Some of the classes I’ve taken previously are AP Psychology, AP Chemistry, AP European History, Anatomy & Physiology Honors, and both Spanish for Spanish Speakers classes available. I feel most confident tutoring all math levels below calculus, all levels of Spanish, and high school level chemistry! On campus, I run cross country and track & field and head the Latino Connection club. In my free time I enjoy volunteering at the Los Robles Hospital and designing clothing (I love to crochet, paint, sew, and craft in general). As can be seen, my schedule is rather busy, but I’m more than happy to make room for anyone in need of tutoring as requested (preferably a few days in advance).

Hi! My name is Ally Melton, and I am a junior at Thousand Oaks High School. I tutor in Algebra 1 and 2, and Spanish 1 through 3, along with any classes in the K-8 curriculum. In previous years, I have taken math through Algebra 2H, Biology H, Chemistry H, English 10H, and Spanish 3. This year, some of the classes I am taking are AP US History, AP Research, Math Analysis, and AP Spanish. Outside of school, I am part of a city council youth commission, and I am a Girl Scout getting my Gold Award. I also have been volunteering with children for several years at youth summer camps. I have two years of experience tutoring in high school math and spanish. I tutor in I am available every day of the week, and I look forward to working with you!

Hi, my name is Rose Wang and I am a senior at Thousand Oaks High School. Some classes I have taken before include AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Calculus, and AP English Language/Composition. I tutor math, science, and English for all grades. I have previously tutored Chemistry, Algebra, and Trigonometry. My afternoons and evenings are generally free, but my schedule is always flexible. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, drawing, and drinking bubble tea. I look forward to working with you!

Hi, my name is Dean Pak and I am currently a Senior at Thousand Oaks Highschool. I tutor in subjects including math as well as history for grades 8 and below. This year, I will be taking part in the Center for Advanced Studies and Research my second year now, in the STEM portion of it. For this year, I enrolled in Academic Decathlon, Varsity Swim, AP Government and Politics, AP English Literature/Composition, AP Calculus, and AP Biology. A few of the classes I took my Junior year include, AP Research, AP English Language/Composition, AP US History, Math Analysis Honors, and Academic Decathlon. Some of the things I am interested in is learning about Marketing and Business, playing the piano, painting, sketching, designing, and fashion. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I am excited to be working with you this year!

Hi, my name is Jordan Arce and I am a junior at Thousand Oaks High School. This year I am taking AP Research, AP US History, AP Environmental Science, AP Language, Calculus, and Spanish 4. I have also taken AP Human Geography, AP European History, and AP Seminar in the past. Additionally, I am part of the softball and soccer program here along with the Center for Advanced Studies and Research. My schedule is tight due to softball and soccer, but I have a few days open within the week. Hopefully I get to work with you soon!

Hi! My name is Chloe Cole and I am a senior at Thousand Oaks High School. I love meeting new people and using my knowledge to help others! This year I am taking AP Psychology, AP Literature, AP Government/Economics, and Spanish 5. I can tutor English, history, Spanish, and math. Math is preferred and it has always been my favorite subject. I am not taking a math class my senior year because I have already completed all the courses and now I have even more time on my hands during my last year of high school. My schedule is usually pretty free, and I can always find time to help a fellow student who is struggling. Also, a quick little rundown about me: I’ve played soccer my whole life, I absolutely love reading, and I have four younger siblings who also very often need help with their homework. I’m very excited to be working with you!

Hello! My name is Nikita, and I am a junior at TOHS. This year I am taking AP French, AP US History, AP Biology, AP Calculus, and AP Research. I also play on the Girl’s Varsity Tennis team and am part of the Center for Advanced Studies and Research. I tutor French and English, and I am available everyday of the week except for Tuesdays and Thursdays. I look forward to helping you learn!
